After summer's rain
God's promise is remembered
Glorious rainbow
By Udiah (witness to Yah)
Analyzation
This poem is about a rainbow forming after a rainfall on a summer day. There is no rhyming so no rhyming pattern. Line one is five syllables, line two is seven syllables and line three is five syllables. An allusion is used on line two with the mention of God. Symbolism is used because the author is saying that a rainbow is one of God's promises.
